The platform leverages a live AI avatar assistant to answer common questions, guide clients through service options, and facilitate appointment scheduling. In addition, the backend features custom business process automations — from QuickBooks data handling to payroll reporting — allowing Fusco & Associates to streamline operations and provide faster, more accurate services.
This project elevated the firm’s online presence, optimized SEO for better visibility, and integrated cutting-edge tools for both marketing and operational efficiency.
Research:
We began with a detailed discovery phase to understand Fusco & Associates’ target clientele, service offerings, and existing workflow bottlenecks. Research included:
- Competitive analysis of local and regional CPA firm websites to identify differentiators.
- SEO keyword mapping and performance analysis for high-intent financial service searches.
- Workflow mapping sessions to understand existing pain points in payroll, QuickBooks reporting, and client communication.
- Industry trends and best practices for financial services websites.
Insights from this research informed both the site design and the automation tools we integrated.
Information Architecture:The site was organized around three primary user goals:
